Generic per-phase executor for /wf:run's hands-off walk — runs exactly one auto-front phase (triage, spec, plan, verify-spec, or qa-gen) against a task id in an isolated context and returns only that phase's Final Output block. Invoked only by wf:run via the Task tool.
