Ships /wf-host:qa-host for profile-driven, temporary API exposure, host augmentation, transactional persistence seed, synthetic fixtures, health verification, and durable reverse-order teardown recovery backed by a run-scoped ledger. Stack- and tracker-agnostic. Ships /wf-host:init for resolver-owned one-command self-registration.
