Affiliate-Werkzeug (kein Abteilungs-OS): persistentes, projektbezogenes Gedächtnis über Sessions hinweg — sieben Hooks (SessionStart, UserPromptSubmit, PostToolUse, PostToolUseFailure, PreCompact, PostCompact, SessionEnd) schreiben Beobachtungen in eine lokale SQLite-Datenbank; der Skill mem-search und die MCP-Werkzeuge (search/timeline/get) holen sie nach dem Prinzip der progressiven Offenlegung wieder heraus. Läuft in Claude Code und Kimi Code; alles bleibt lokal auf dem Rechner. HOST-ANFORDERUNGEN: `uv` muss installiert sein — Hooks und der MCP-Server (stdio, FastMCP) laufen über `uv run --project ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}`. Lizenz AGPL-3.0, externes Repo (nicht von NovaCore gepflegt), gepinnt auf den Commit des annotierten Tags v2.0.24. Hängt an keinem NovaCore-Plugin und trägt keine Abteilungs-Registry-Zeile.
