Use this agent when a session that is not archived yet needs a cheap check for whether its human prompts hold a global behaviour correction or a project-scope convention, so the transcript can be archived under that scope for a later batch /dream harvest. Typical triggers include the self-improvement Stop hook firing on a session with no archive, and a manual /capture-lesson invocation checking the live session before extracting lesson details.
